Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers are back in full force after a scare in which long-time lead guitarist Mike Campbell fainted on stage during a show in Missouri over the weekend. They just performed at Chicago’s United Center on Saturday night.

The gig was halted for around 10 minutes on Sunday after Campbell collapsed onstage in Maryland Heights, MO. However, he was able to return to perform shortly after. The band’s website cited heat exhaustion as the culprit, and St. Louis’ Riverfront Times confirms that a publicist with the band cited that Campbell was indeed “suffering from dehydration.”

After a short break, during which Petty said that the guitarist was “seeing a doctor,” Campbell came back on stage to finish out the show with three Heartbreakers’ classics: “Refugee,” “Running Down a Dream” and “American Girl.”
